In my last essay in this series, I covered what life is like, as someone deemed to special to fit in with modern society. I tried to cover as many positive aspects, however there are negative problems cause by having a hyperactive mind as well. Many people are looking for answers to the problems, which don’t require them to take a drug. Besides medication, there are ways to improve the lives of someone who is distracted from society or is considered special, because they don’t want to fit in. While medication might be pushed as a cure for something called ADD and ADHD, lifestyle changes are one of the most effective treatments out there.

Everyone’s mind is different so what might work for some, might not work for others. This essay is not meant to treat or cure anything. Instead, this section is going to focus on methods to achieve mental clarity and better focus instead. Some of these might be applicable in different ways to different people, and maybe not to others. The best thing to do is to start with trying to fix one problem, at a time, and once that is under control, move on to the next. Hopefully through trial and error, of different self-help methods, you’ll be able to better your life.

Everyone suffers from mental chaos, and it can erupt in someone’s head when they have no order in their thought process, or structural habits. Having good organizational skills can make us more productive. Here are a few things you can implement to accomplish things.

Start with one strategy at a time. And put in the effort. You make mistakes, but make sure to learn from them. You’ll need to take some time out and adjust your plan here and there. But shortly your time will manifest into something.
