Reading is another area we can improve in efficiency. Even though reading is considered a healthy hobby by many, while the few who can endure long reads, such as epics, are sometimes even admired, by those who don’t have the same attention span, but at the same time there is a passive danger that comes along with consumption of long reads. Having a focus on one read at a time limits our ability to learn from other points of view and can make some susceptible to hidden forms of manipulation. Spending time reading only summarizes about a certain topic, is usually a great way to start research, compared to just reading published media. Summaries on longer pieces are quicker to read, and usually free if you need to pay for the full text. With time spent reading multiple summaries on a topic, a reader usually can start their research with multiple points of view and opinions already in hand, and with an easy ability to expand on each.
